Our method for inspecting and monitoring.
IEMA’s method for identifying any issues early on and correcting them promptly. IEMA’s weld inspectors assess the weld quality throughout the fabrication process, from before welding begins to after it is completed. Once the Preliminary or Proposed Weld Procedure Specification (pWPS) is approved and materials are sourced, our CSWIP and PCN inspectors utilize calibrated equipment and data logging machines to verify joint configuration, setup, temperatures, and record essential welding data for the new procedure.
